Missions Strategy

Community transformation through Education support is one of our common activities under the Mission Strategy to achieving our Goals. Through it, we are able to give hope of a better future to beneficiary-families as education is a universal need that cuts across religion and ethnic boundaries.

Evangelism is one key activity we undertake to achieve spiritual transformation. As a Christian Missionary Team which seeks to bring people closer to God, we share the transformative truths of the Word of God which have power to save lives from evil vices in communities where we carry out our work.

Discipleship is also one of the three activities under the Mission strategy which we deploy to ensure that the target children are grounded firmly in the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ. Through this strategy we seek to nurture children in moral uprightness and achieve positive behavioral change.

Partnership Strategy

Our works are community based and demand that we collaborate with various existing Community Based Organizations (CBO) and government institutions to successfully achieve our organization goals. We also partner with private sector organizations as well as individuals of like minds.

Networking Strategy

We are part of the broader network of organizations that are championing the cause for improved morals and transformation in communities which are affected with high rates of delinquency. Through this strategy we learn from others on approaches that can be used in our target communities.

Communication Strategy

Our open policy permits us to use communication as a strategy to creating awareness and sharing information with partners and beneficiaries on the activities and use of resources. This strategy helps us build confidence and trust for long term partnerships and collaboration.

Leadership Strategy

Our strategy of appointing individuals with the necessary experience to leadership positions in carrying out organization work gives us a high probability of success. We welcome volunteers who are motivated by the passion to create a difference in people’s lives. As a result our team is comprised of selfless and passionate volunteer individuals.
